Hello and welcome everyone!
Autumn is in full swing and pumpkins are everywhere at the moment. To celebrate pumpkin season I’m sharing a pumpkin spice cake with white chocolate and cream cheese frosting. A super soft cake with hints of pumpkin and gingerbread spices topped with a not too sweet frosting on top. This cake recipe has been tested by plenty of visitors at my café and people seem to enjoy it!
