I’m sharing another pierogi recipe with you and it’s my favourite one. These ones are filled with farmers cheese, potatoes and fried onions. I like to fry the pierogi after they are cooked for an extra crunch and some more fried onions and freshly cracked black pepper on top. It doesn’t matter what time of year it is, I love eating pierogi with all my heart.
